Annual activities

Every year the DBFS organises several activities. We aim at organising around two seminars/ breeding conferences, two foal visits, visits to events and horse breeding farms and a trip abroad.

There has been a seminar about Heartbreaker, where was spoken about his influence on breeding. At this day the DBFS also visited Heartbreaker himself. They finished the day with a buffet.

During the foal visits of the DBFS, multiple members are visited to take a look at their breeding. The visited ones tell us about their vision on breeding and the foals they had that year.

Furthermore, there is a travel abroad. Think about visits to wellknown foreign breeders or jumping stables, but also events like the stallion show of Selle Français or the Royal Dublin Horse Show.

Horsetelex Professional for DBFS-members

The DBFS works together with Horsetelex. Because of this coöperation we are able to offer you as breeder more added value. Every DBFS-breeder receives a subscripiton to Horsetelex Professional from horsetelex.nl. You get your own stablepage at www.horsetelex.nl, where you can present your breeding.

At references from DFBS-breeders at Horsetelex the logo of DBFS will be shown, so they will be recognised as DBFS-breeder. The coöperation offers even more benefits, about which we like to tell you more if you want. 

Website DBFS
The DBFS wants to contribute to the publicity of your breeding. All members will be mentioned at our website, www.dbfs.nl. There will also be a link to an own page and/or their page at Horsetelex. Also the website provides a map on which all members are findable.
